Milind Sojwal was born in Nagpur, India. He earned a B.A. in economics and an MBA and spent two years working for Philips marketing televisions and stereo systems, before attending seminary in Pune, India, where he met and married his wife Ajung, from Nagaland. Together, they spent five years working for churches in rural India, then came to the United States so that Milind could attend Princeton Seminary, where he earned a ThM. After graduation, he served as Assistant Rector at All Saints Church in Princeton and lived briefly in Bryn Mawr before coming to All Angels in 2000. His wife Ajung is also an ordained priest, currently serving in a Chinese American congregation in Chinatown. They have two daughters. Milind loves biking on the bike path on the West Side Highway, history and the movies.
