Christine attended the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and received her M.Div. and Th.M. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. After seminary, she served as a short-term missionary at the Thailand Evangelical Seminary in Bangkok. In 1999, she joined staff with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at the University of Chicago, and joined IVCF staff at Columbia University in 2002. Before coming to All Angels, she worked for Habitat for Humanity - NYC engaging the faith community in volunteerism and advocacy around affordable housing issues. She lives in Central Harlem with her husband Jimmy. She enjoys eating, biking very slowly, and beating Jimmy at Scrabble.
