*Our building is very old and is not equipped with elevators. There are several stairs up from street level to get to the first floor of the building.
Men's & Women's bathrooms are located in the basement and the 3rd floor, for use by all renters. A single stall bathroom is located off Palmer Hall.
The following is available for use by those in rental contracts. If tables and chairs are stored on a floor the rental is not on, renters are responsible for moving chairs and tables to their room and back to proper locations unless otherwise arranged.
